Victor Emanuel von Monteton

Victor Emanuel von Monteton

„He is an exceptional musical talent, maybe Germany's greatest hope of classic, and when you see him entering the auditorium rushing to the grand piano, you might think he looks like a nicely dressed little lord: Victor Emanuel von Monteton, born in 1984!“

When speaking with Victor Emanuel von Monteton, you believe him. He talks about Beethoven and Mozart as well as about cloning, the music charts or the way he upgraded his computer to get more power for his stragedy games. He knows the Alicia Keys as well as No Doubt. "I like everything," explains Victor being asked what he is interested in besides music. "You got to know a little bit of everything."

Hence, "just a regular boy" - but not thoroughly. Victor practises 4 to 6 hours a day. His examples are conducter pianists like Barenboim or Ashkenazy. That's why conducting is his greatest dream for his future. More than once he got the chance to prove his skills to the public: At the presentation of the Digi Globe 98 - an award for technical innovations - Victor Emanuel von Monteton was the one who showed an electronic baton invented by the world famous Harvard University to the audience. This baton controlls a so called "Hyperinstrument" which brings an entire orchestra right into your living room. On November 6th, 2001 he lead the Kurpfälzisches Kammerorchester in the Knight's Room in Mannheim - partly from the piano! Victor Emanuel von Monteton wants to excite people to listen to classical music and to come to classical concerts.
